So this week I took a major break form formal dieting. We went out to eat a lot this week as I got tired of cooking, Plus this week was my birthday (turned 62) and I wanted a break anyway. According to the wed site I stayed around 2000 calories and I am suppose to be able to eat 3100 just to maintain weight. So I will be going back to dieting tomorrow morning. Will weigh myself on Friday next week. Hoping to have maintained the 344 or at least lost something even if a 1/2 pound.
