The good news is I did not gain any weight over the Christmas or New Years Holiday's. The disappointing news is I did not lose any weight either. All things considering I have to look at the good news part. What is really good news is that even though I bake a lot and eat out a lot. Is that I still kinda of lost 1/2 a pound. Now to get back to seriously watching what I eat. I am acclimating to getting back into a more healthy eating mode. Now that I am past the Holiday trap.
