Yesterday was my birthday. My Wife prepared one of my favorite meals, Caribbean style meat pie. We also had Waldorf and Garden salads to cool things down. We finished the meal with Tuxedo cake. I even got a little extra time to myself during the day to workout. It was a very good day. Yesterday I ate "well" at 103% of goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged / BW↓0.2#
