I planned 200 cal lower today to make up for high cal days last week. My hub decided to bake blondies. I cut a few things from my plan to fit a small piece in. A neighbor brought us fresh baked pumpkin pie crunch, I decided best to try it warm. Worth it!

I had a small piece with a tiny bit of whipped cream. It's like a pumpkin cobbler, or like pumpkin pie with a soft crust on top. With two unexpected treats today, I still was only an extra 230 calories over my planned weekly calories, which I think is pretty good. Hopefully the scale agrees with me tomorrow!
