Good for you Wafflewitz! Im doing the same thing, thought of peanut butter on fruit for dessert dipped in honey then wheat germ, but skipping it. Of course really want a hot fudge sundae tho its out of the question LOL Anyway the chicken taters n peas, looks perfect. Sometimes I put a cashew gravy over mine. just a little. So yummy.
