Waffles for dinner! I often cook breakfast for dinner, especially when my hubbie's out of town and I need something quick and easy. A pretty carb heavy meal, but I had protein powder in my yogurt snack earlier.

Yeah, I thought about it after dinner, how could I make protein waffles. I make my own pancake/waffle mix. I could buy Kodiak mix, or try some of the protein waffles recipes I found online. Usually involves blending oats, eggs, and yogurt. I like the convenience of a mix, but blender probably wouldn't take much longer.
