I need to replace my bathroom scale. Does anyone really love theirs? I had a Eufy scale before. I liked the app, being able to see body fat and muscle mass. My husband is thinking we don't necessarily need a smart scale, he never really used the app. He bought this one that doesn't connect to an app, but it does show more than weight, it also shows body fat %, body water % and BMI. It would be nice to have a scale that shows body composition on the scale itself, you don't have to go to your phone to see that info. I'm trying to decide if I'm happy enough with this scale or want to return it and get something that also measures muscle mass. But right now in my health journey, reducing body fat is more crucial than building muscle mass, although I know more muscle helps burn more fat. Also, the one he bought is gray, our old one was white, and aesthetically, I think white would look better in our bathroom. Usually I don't care much about looks, but we just had our whole house remodeled, and I'm taking this opportunity to be more conscious about how we curate our space. I probably need to spend less time thinking about this and more time working out!
