I walked 122 miles last month, averaged 10,004 steps a day! Averaged 82 g protein per day. Lifted weights 11 days/29 days, missed my 3rd weight session 2 of the 5 weeks. Average calories per day: 1990 calories. Average sleep this past month: 6:51.
I am committed to maintaining unwavering faith that I will lose 75 pounds and maintain a healthy weight, and I will continue putting forth extraordinary effort until I do, no matter what, there is no other option.
The reason I am committed to losing this weight is because I want to live a long, healthy, and happy life and to be there for my family. I'm at high risk for cancer and I want to do all I can to reduce my risk of cancer. I want to be more fit to keep up with my kids when they're playing and running around. I want to set a better example for my kids and husband. I want to feel more comfortable in my clothes, have less back and neck pain, not get so winded going up stairs or lifting heavy items.
My process for losing 75 lbs this year is to exercise for at least 1 hour every day, 6 days a week. I plan on exercising in the mornings Monday through Saturday. Strength training 3 times a week, T/TH/Sa, at least 30 minutes each time. I also plan to walk, bike, and do yoga. I will average at least 10,000 steps a day each week, and I will eat an average of 1700-2100 calories a day. I will sleep an average of 7 hours a night.
