Day 4 of a planned 5 day Fat Bomb Week Blood sugar 86 mg/dL
I may not have a 💣 fat bomb today. Everyone around me is 🤒 sick, I am not. I'm usually not sick, and I think it is because I fast so much. So, today, to maximize my fasting, I plan to only drink Green Tea during the day.
I am 🏋🏾 lifting weights today so I will still have a 🥛 protein shake before and after.
It is nice to drop a little weight yesterday. I can use a little 'buffer' because on Saturday I have to 🚗 drive to Las Vegas, speak at a conference, and then drive back. 9 hours in the car, There is no way I wont gain 1-2 pounds from the sodium in the 'car friendly' food (beef jerky), and lack of exercise.
