Yesterday I started to try to take corrective action out of concern that my body fat has been trending upward. This morning I didn't get instant results but I don't have any worries. I have learned by my own experience not to expect those kinds of results. I do think that I will see improvement once I get back in the gym. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .3%
