I'm not making excuses, the weight gain was all my own doing. No pity party here. I'm not going to blame my stinky life or the injuries I have(I bowl with 90 year olds with oxy). I refuse to allow the bumps in the road in my life to allow my weight to rise and my health decline. I spoke with Hubby this morning and told him I'm back to the gym and back on the diet. I took money from savings in order to pay for the meds I need(no meds, no whoosh). My bday is the fourth and I know I won't make goal but I will make progress.
