Met calorie goal. PT 45 minutes...new stretch! Walked Binky-puppy 30 minutes. My PT taught me some new exercises today to ease me into planking. We did the "hand heel rock" and "quadruped alternate leg". Then he taught me a modified plank (picture of a model below). We didn't do it on a chair, we did it against a low table. Excited to get started at home. We have a neighbor above us that has a beautiful black doggie. They stop by almost daily and the dogs sniff and tease each other through the lattice work on my porch. Today, Binky-puppy and I went walking and ran into our neighbor on the walking trail. THEY WERE SO EXCITED to finally see each other face to face. We call Binky the "mini-me" because she is the midget version of the big doggie. Loving walking my puppy. My NSV! Onward, friends!
