Feeling kind of shaky today and realized it at the clinic. I lost more weight and actually might be losing a little too fast (3 pounds in a little over a week). Had to run errands with RM. SO, we got out a gift certificate for 75$ that I got to Pappa's Seafood.
Boy did I blow it and boy do I regret it.
The food WAS worth it, but I just sat there and looked at the French fries and barely touched them. Got home and felt TERRIBLE. Just full and sick.
I have realized that most of the cravings I had in the past are just GONE. I like my WOE and usually feel really good. I may have to adjust my calorie intake. Looking forward to getting back to my WOE tomorrow.
Have a follow up appointment tomorrow morning with my vascular surgeon. Had that arm surgery fiasco before Christmas and they are going to take a look at it. Have a feeling he will probably do the balloon fistulaplasty in the arm (they always have to), but hoping it isn't a repeat of a month ago.

I used to get the biggest FRIED (battered) seafood platter at Red Lobster. Now, I treat myself to TWO Main Lobster tails with butter to dip them in. I have that with a small salad (no croutons) and am able to stay WELL within all of my macros. Best wishes on your follow-up appointment!

Hope you feel better. Yes, it is possible to lose weight too fast. You'll find the best rate for your body. Good luck at the surgeon's.

Pappa's Seafood is so good, I love how perfectly they cook their fish, especially the one on Shepherd! Nice drop, but take care of yourself. I hope whatever they decide to do about your arm is painless and successful! 💜💛💚
