The word of the day is "Ow," sore from the rib. Wrapped and taking Advil. Walking tonight, although I may sit in the bubbles. Going to take it a little easy. Strangely enough, the hardest thing is getting out of bed. Everything else is just slightly uncomfortable. One more portion of spaghetti left. Not bad getting three meals out of one serving. Question is whether it's lunch or dinner. I'm going to try and hold out for dinner. I have plenty of salad stuff for lunch and I'm used to that anyways. Pain is just affirmation of life. Press on but don't make me bend over to pick that up, thanks so much. Surprised to see blob down, not surprised to see muscle up, was a busy weekend.

It looks like it's going to be a glorious day. Clouds are already breaking up, I can see the sun poking through. These are the best kind of days. Hot days, cool nights. Love it.
