Clearly, I need to go beyond eating reasonably to eating aggressively according to the one weight loss plan that worked quickly and steadily.
And the holidays aren't an excuse this year, as I am eating with just myself or one or two other people.

"Aggressively according to the...plan" basically being more strict with myself and sticking to the plan that works for me, not just guessing at what to eat next, forgetting to record, adding lots of agave nectar to my tea.
