Relax, it's all water weight. Blob notched down, muscle went way up (water retention) and all that from a short walk and doing stuff around the house. It was the second spaghetti dinner that did it, some of the meatballs were way saltier than normal.

Had a call with the big boss this morning at 7:30. Thank goodness I cleaned up because it ended up being a video call! Also good that I've been working on improving my sitting posture and combing my hair - although it was still in a ponytail, it was fine.

2.54 miles yesterday, we're backing off the milage for a bit as the big guy may have sprained something. I'll just swim instead.

Anyways, happy Monday, it's all going to be fine.

Another spectacular bloom, this one is a night blooming cactus growing on that strip between the sidewalk and the street. They only open at night. Nature is amazing.
