First time weighing myself for over a week. Scale delivered to the vacation home! I'm up, not surprising as I've been on vacation, a long road trip and sampling some great food down here in FL. 🌴 Last night was Cuban in an outdoor setting on the river. It was truly delish and was worth nearly a pound. I'm okay w/that.
No fenced in area like home for the dog so I've been walking him (at 13 year old dog speed) several times a day. Not as bad on the scale as I thought for vacation mode. I've been mostly on my reg. diet for breakfast and lunch. I honestly thought it would be worse, so pleasantly pleased. Not a bad way to start the weekend.
