It is completely ok to give up :) when I feel like giving up - i give up. There is no sence being strict. I just make sure how much did I eat, to see the calories, because i do not have weightmeter

do not panic, do it smoothly, the loss of kilos is not the whole world. when you are relaxed in your mind you will win again❤

If your weight is not going down then you need to go on a calorie surplus. I recommend around 300cal. For example if your maintenance calories js 2300cal a day then remove 300cal from it and you are left with 2000cal. If that does not work, remove an extra 75cal. When you start seeing changes then keep the calorie surplus you are doing good with.
Remember also if you want to lean down to a good BF% then you also need to put on some mass, I'm guessing you would like it around the stomach so do stomach exercises. Don't worry, you wont get 'bulky' naturally.
