Oh I know what you mean but in a different way for me. Being on vacaiton for two weeks and eating what I wanted I knew when I got back that my stomach and brain would tell me I am hungry all the time.

Redporchlady I'm sure you will be right back to normal in no time. For me it's just a weird craving today I wasn't eating very much of that stuff even while bulking. I definitely didn't miss going to bed hungry though still getting use to that part again.

JustBananas a rice cake and protein bar calmed the cravings and my fats were going to be way too low for the day so alittlw extra fats from the bar bumped me up into a more acceptable minimum range

Da_FluffIsThat bow I'm under a time crunch lol my get in optimal shape deadline has been moved up by a month now that I'm registered for a spartan end of April now too, gotta go full on beast mode 😆
