I want to give myself a 1 month challenge. There will be only 3 rules. 1-Wake up before 7 am. 2- Take more than 10,000 steps a day. 3-Eat no more than 1300kcal. Wish me good luck . My weight has now become very large 85 kg, I want to see how the weight will go if I keep discipline for a whole month🥲❤️

1300 kcal is VERY little. I know everybody is different, but I weigh almost same as you and eat 1800-2000 kcal a day and do loose weight. There is no need to be too harsh on yourself, there will be results still ❤️

yeah, i was thinking the same, i don't want to be mean or harsh, but that way of trying to lose weight is maybe a litle bit too difficult to anyone, it would be easier to accomplish your results eating maybe 1650kcal and doing exercise 3-5 times a week on top of it so you wont be too hungry and start to crave all kinds of food 👍

and sometimes it's ok to take a one or two days a week when you eat the normal 2000 kcal per day

unfortunately, I only see results when I eat no more than 1300 calories, I don’t know what to do to lose weight😭😭😭

1300 kcal limit will be tough, but i believe in you !! if you eat lots of fiber and drink enough water, I think you'll be fine 🙏💖

I believe that you too will lose weight if you only eat healthy food and move those 10.000 steps. If you try to survive on too few calories, you will too easily succumb to delicacies and fast food. Trust your own feeling of hunger and enjoy healthy food and exercise. The weight will start to fall off little by little. This way you get a more sustainable way to reach your desired weight. 🤙

Results with 1300 cal will be faster but your body will take it back. I truly hope you will be careful! Clinical dietitian Heidi Kinnunen has sais that toddlers needs atleast 1200 calories per day.

You will shut your metabolism down with that less calories and it will make loosing Wright very Hard. My Basic is 1490 kcal - that is just being alive (like lay in bed all day). So keep calories minimum of 1600 so that you don't mess your body

I have been on low calories for couple years ang gained more than 10kg. Your metabolism shuts down if you have too low calories. I started a program and now i eat 2200-2400kcal per day and have lost 2kg during two weeks. Eating healthy, taking more steps and exercising more haa been a game changer. If you loose your weight eith that low calories, they come back right away.

Like the others have said, eating too little calories can actually make loosing weight even harder! You should try eat healthy food and not restrict yourself if you are hungry but you have exceeded your calorie intake goal. Eating too little calories can make you binge eat unhealthy easily and it messes up your metabolism, making your body cling to fat since it's in "starvation mode". In order to lose weight you should eat low fat and high protein foods and excersize a lot!! Good luck 🩷

Ive read that Calorie cycling could help against starvation mode body goes when very low calorie diet. so 2 times per week eat normal maintenance calories to keep your metabolism going. Anyways, I wish you luck and hope you achieve your goals! :)

muscles burn calories, muscles are built by exercise and correct diet. You are not going to lose weight or gain muscles.
