I'm disappointed that I weighed in at 120.8 which means I've gained a pound I wouldn't have minded the weight had it all been muscle. My smart scale that about half of it was muscle growth but the rest was fat and a little water. I have been trying to work on increasing my energy levels by eating a bit more and more protein which includes more meat which I guess makes sense for the increase. I just have to buckle down and try to decrease the amount I'm eating perhaps in other areas. I know that I consume to much milk which humans aren't really supposed to be drinking after puberty I just really like my lattes and they help keep me going all day. But it would eliminate both some fat and sugar 😔. I guess 🤔 I'm just a bit 😓 bummed about it I know it not a big deal but I try hard to watch for such things. Back to work 😁.
