I did my weekly weigh in. Fri. Dec 8 2023 not only didn't I lose any weight this last week I gained 0.6 oz. I know that's nothing but I've been working so hard with eating better choices, practically sugar free, water, light exercise and nothing! I fear not reaching 1200 calories a day is the problem. I find 1200 is hard to achieve! I get to about 800-1000. By then it's too late to consume anymore calories. I think my body is holding on to the fat reserves. So frustrating.
