Did pretty well yesterday all things considered. Spent Easter Sunday with the fam at daughter's house. It was a beautiful sunny and warm day (85!) so we spent most of our day outdoors enjoying the sunshine. Menu choices weren't exactly ideal, so I only took small portions of the least offenders and no seconds. But I did indulge in a slice of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting - and man, it was divine! Got home late. Had a really nice time. But it's Monday and back to it! Cake is still a far healthier choice than many people’s choice of a sweet, which is liquid calories all the time and not just on Easter.
And you are doing well. It is also warm here. 80 degrees. Too hot I think. Yeah right, I said for awhile that I like this weather. You’re supposed to like it 😂given that it’s not 100.

Thanks so much, Laine for the encouraging words! I'm trying to get over this hump. I think it's bc I do feel so much better than when I started it's almost like my mind is reasoning, "yeah this bit won't hurt".... 😂 But it does! I like it right between 80 and 85 but no humidity. That's what, like 10 days out of the year?!

Sounds like a great Easter and you are better than I did. 😬 But I'm also back at it today. Jealous of your great weather! It rained here yesterday in the 40s this week so we had to keep the egg hunts inside. But my 20 year old joined in this year with my 11 and 14 year olds for the first time in many many years thanks to his fiancé. So it was a great day despite what the scale now tells me. 😂

Aww how sweet is that?! Bet that made your day, that's great Teresa. Love it when they get to the point family fun wins out over being cool :) Our typical spring is a yo-yo between winter and summer lol. We're still getting frost warnings and 30 temps some nights. Im working hard this week to force that scale to MOVE. Downward LOL. So glad you had a great Easter :)
