Just getting around to logging for the day. Work was busy, weather was insane, we had torrential rain with hail multiple times during the day followed by a break during which I jumped into the pool. Can you tell where it rained all day? 🤣
My average steps are up about 1K this year with these dogs. Most of my pre-walk steps are only about 2500 on weekdays. Absolutely sedentary for me. Wish that we’d had these devices when I first started working and would run the 4-5 flights of stairs numerous times during the day because we had the world’s least reliable elevator. That would have been interesting.
