Happy day after Thanksgivings. I ate 178% of my RDI but boys and girls it was all so tasty. It's been awhile since felt so full. It wasn't a good feeling. In fact I was miserable when I went to bed. I felt better this morning until I stepped on the scale. Time to get back on the plan...
