I took advantage of the 24/7 gym hours last night. I would like to stick 3 days a week routine and didn't want to miss another day. Because I worked out so late, I had to cut time between sets. It's something I had done years ago, when I used to go to a gym on a regular basis. It's a lot better than missing a day and effective. I'm not sure how long I will keep this up but I'm enjoying it for now...
