For a short period of time around my wedding I was in the 180/190 range. It my late 20's I was actually 50 pounds heavier than this picture. YIKES! 

Thank you, Slow Meta! And thanks, John10251- you are an inspiration to everyone on this site! Wifey- I didn't think about the fact that you guys don't seem him without a hat very often. He doesn't wear it to bed or to church- so occasionally I see him without.🙂 Handsome either way to me. 😍😁

As far as me, that's actually how I look in clothes guy lol. I am bigger now but not by that much. I just take good pics. You can only look so big in clothes when natural and lean. This pic is only from 3 years ago.

Awww- thanks ccandco! I hesitate to do too many too often but then pictures come up in my facebook memories and it is so crazy how different I look to myself that I want to share it.  

DP, you must know that many on here feel a closeness to you both, I think because you both share so much of yourselves and are so encouraging. Like Sweet Melissa said, you both are wonderfully inspiring role models and have helped many of us to a healthier life. ❤
