Trying a new yogurt. Wanted something new with more favorite rather then the other one I was eating.

I love yogurt I really enjoy Noosa in particular. I used to eat chobani but after I started taking all these meds for Ms my taste got really funky and now I've always taste musty and moldy even though it's perfectly good and I know it's all in my head. Do to it's sugar content I find that I don't eat it when I purchase it very often particularly Noosa it's delicious as it is is a sugar bomb oh my goodness it has so much added sugar. But I will admit it does taste delicious.

I know that there are many options that have sugar free alternatives but due to the links between a lot of these alternative sugars and dementia I typically avoid them as much as possible. I have some links on my dad's side two dementia and if I was given a choice between the two diabetes and dementia I would definitely choose diabetes. I'd rather live having to avoid sugar and being very cautious of my diet than not knowing who I am and who my family is and missing out on all the love and affection that they would give. that's not to say that I look down on the choices of others or think that these are not wonderful alternatives for those that do have diabetes ending to avoid natural sugars. But rather that I avoid them when possible in case I'm increasing my chance of dementia later on.
