Day 1 of a planned 1 day ‘no solid food’ fast Blood sugar 96 mg/dL 41 pushups 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)I didn’t plan on fasting today because there is a party we are going to this evening, but, because there is *another* dinner party we plan to go to on Sunday, I just can’t just sit back and eat anything I want three days in a row. I have gained 7-10 pounds doing that in the past! I will also try to get to the gym today for an extra day of weightlifting. For me, the only good use of carbs is to power my weightlifting 😊 The carbs sure helped me get through my pushups this morning 😊 😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!
