Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating
Because I went on an epic eating binge Friday, and I was totally 'carbed up' and I wanted to see if I could deadlift 300lbs...
I was able to pull 300lbs twice. Afterwards I was a bit dizzy from the blood either rushing to my head or leaving it, I'm not sure which...
But, I swear when I can do three sets at 300 I'm gonna stop there. Being able to lift heavy really does make the body look good, but, there is a price. For me it is the inability to LOSE weight (because of the carbing up). However I like the occasional pizza and hamburger so perhaps I should just keep going Haha!

@liv001 - Yes, as they say 'the only thing constant is change'. I am grateful that weightlifting has produced a LOT of benefits in the look, feel, and ability of my body. But, the 'bulk and cut cycle' of it has a significant physical and mental price.
