LZenn I loved that song from the Rankin Bass animated film as a kid 💛 

That and 'Where There's A Whip There's a Way' are my favorites. I sing the latter while I walk sometimes. LOL 

I used to sing “where there’s a whip, there’s a way” when my mom made me do chores lololololol 

I may have to youtube these things. I'm clueless.

Chris that's the only song I know on this thread so far. 😄 I like Stevie ok. Don't love her. Went to bed weighing only 0.2 more than I woke so going to weigh in now. 🤞🏼 then clean the house, garage sales, maybe grocery store for tres leche ingredients for big D in a couple days...🎂❤️ Thank God his birthday will be after my measurements tomorrow. 😉 

It’s the negative feedback loop:) Just as your body protects itself if you starve, it will respond to a overload of calories in one sitting.
