Hang in there! The first few steps being the hardest but after you’ll feel good. I found praying really helps me when I’m struggling for motivation.

Time to lift! Find something new that will keep the ball rolling. Maybe a week or two of a diet break? You're down 50 pounds, it may be time. Keep checking in and then get back on it when you're ready!

D, that's pretty much what I did... Ignore the diet since my surgery. Now that I'm finally allowed to act normal, instead of exercise and good diet, I'm getting perfected at being couch potato 😣

Start small. What about walking more when you shop? Park farther away and zig zag through the store to get in more steps. Cut out snacks or desserts or both. Next week try those things plus a walk. Perhaps some push-ups and sit ups if you don’t have a gym membership yet. Commercial breaks make good push-up times 😁

There are no commercial breaks on prime 😂 but, indeed the walking is what I need to get back to. Gym membership would be great, since a gym visit would absolutely keep me from sitting at home all that time 🙂

You can do simple exercises at home. An old strategy, Everytime there's a commercial on TV, do a specific exercise. Lots can be done without the use of equipment.
