Day 1 of a planned 1 days of eating
Today I plan to have ribs without BBQ sauce. So, my ‘carbs’ should stay low and I should continue to lose weight. However, I like my ribs ‘salty’ and I expect to retain water and therefore I do not expect the scale to go down.
I ‘need’ the ribs, in the middle of the week, for ‘mental reasons’. I find it hard to go *5 full days* between “Eating Treats” during this f*****g pandemic…
