I've lost 2 pounds since I starting this journal on the 30th of September. Let's not forget the 6 lbs I lost from September 24th to the 30th before I started recording all this information. Eight pounds in 10 days is not too bad. Certainly most of it is water weight since I just stared, but I'll take them.
Tomorrow I start my push up, sit up challenge. Can't wait!
