Ha. Basically I went in thinking I'd try different exercises and I didn't have a plan. I went exercise to exercise and not happy with it. I hate watching people go machine to machine. I feel like they aren't accomplishing anything and that's how I felt today doing different stuff and jumping around. I just always need a plan and routine at least somewhat. Anyhow I'll go back tonight and this morning can just be extra. I ran out of time, too and that didn't help.

Hey thanks. I haven't been in a gym for probably 10 years and that was me. Let's try this. Maybe that. Great advice. I will get a clipboard and papers and plan something. Plan your work and work your plan. I'd have never thought of that and ended up in the same ol rut I always did.
