Back and Biceps. New I'd be up a bit. 1/2 my calories were from ice cream, pop tarts, and cookies yesterday. 😜 Shooting for a bit more protein today. (says the girl who just finished her pop tarts)

I’m up much more than my normal little bits. But man, I was dreaming bout my DQ all night! Was such a treat! WOW! Worth it. Don’t care. It drops anyway. No big deal ever. Ice cream is the best hmmmmmmm 🍦😋

I think you'll see how quickly it falls off and it will make you do it more than once every 17 years. hahaha.

Not sure about more often, not the peanuts anyway. You’d have to see the grueling process we go through if we eat anything peanut before coming home. 😩 Washing hands, cleaning phones, brushing teeth. Ugh. He is so allergic with risk of anaphylactic shock that the slightest exposure or cross contamination sets him off. So I avoid peanut everything like the plague. HOWEVER, I have a pack of Nutter Butter cookies I have sealed in my work bag to take to work today and eat while I’m there from time to time. I’ve always wanted to try them but they were never in Canada until now!! Bought them on Saturday. Can’t wait but the process repeats, wash, disinfect...cookies better be worth it! 😜

Pop Tarts are way too important to ignore. They really should make high protein ones then we could fulfill our daily intake.

I was surprised at how much protein is in ice cream. Guess it's milk. So you could just up the ice cream. I had pop tarts yesterday!

I did a similar thing a couple of weeks ago - 3500 kcals instead of 2000 and the inevitable scale gain lol . Gotta eat those pop tarts :)

I agree with Peacefultimes that protein pop tarts would do well when someone makes that happen! But in the meantime just chase your pop tarts with a protein shake and voila - a balanced meal!! 😊

I agree with the protein pop tarts but ONLY if they still taste like pop tarts. None of that ‘brownie protein bar’ stuff that tastes like and has the texture of dried up year old tootsie rolls lol.

Lol Peeper, that description of protein brownies is spot on 😂 and omg, I haven’t had TB since high school and now I was a chalupa.
