Crying inside at the loss of muscle and lean mass, but it will come back, right? I know it will, but this takes me all the way back to where I started almost, assuming the numbers are correct. Logically, it doesn't really make sense and I will remind myself of that, but I do not understand the fat mass going up part given what I'm eating. Anyways, it is what it is, I will come back and it should build back up rapidly. It's just the way things are.

Much more mobile this morning, there is definitely a specific range of movement which exacerbates things and the TENS is an amazing thing. I do have to remember that the body can build up a tolerance, so going to keep it as low as I can and use when needed rather than using it all day. Later in the afternoon is when the pain really starts to get to me, so will hold it in reserve until then.

Onward. There's hope.

Mucles do not come easily nor leave that easily so I am not sure that the scale is giving you the right story. Make sure to heal! And then you can go full out. Hope you have a great Thursday!!!
