Hey Wifey. Gym slowed for me to about 3 days a week as I did a lot around the house but back to daily since the house is caught up. Cold and dark- getting ready to head out. Just can't get into FS these days. You know how it is. We all need a break sometimes. Hope you are well!💓🏋🏻♂️💪🏻

I do get everything you said. House stuff is ongoing! And the cold and dark, we have had wet and damp. First morning I saw the sun in days. So much rain here but better than snow! Enjoy the gym, I know you love it. As for FS, it seems so dead lately. Nothing exciting, no debates, insults, attacks. Sooooo boring. Ha. I’m joking but I know what you mean.
