Back to watching what I'm putting in my mouth after the holidays. I managed to gain a few pounds but now back to where I was before I starting eating whatever I wanted (basically). Basically I've really managed to maintain since November. I am taken the healthy eating style for life approach and even when I do eat something bad, I tried to maintain portion control. This is a day by day thing, right?
