Salt is my friend, especially the Himalayan clean one with all kinds of essential minerals... But I wonder if I overdid my table salt yesterday. In the end, my weight was already down later that morning, so whatever it was, wasn't but a temporary water retention most likely.

Hey D, you should be able to get the Real Salt (Redmond's or something) over there as well. If I understand correctly, it's like Himalayan, but local and guaranteed super clean from modern toxins. If you see that, might wanna give it a go. 🙂
