I think i might slosh when i walk right now. Gonna pull back on the soup thing today but keep drinking the fruit tea. This is supposed to be my Friday but there’s a project due 29 December. Because of course there is. Will work minimum hours to support that team. Feeling much better today, may try to do some actual exercise just to see what happens. I’m also running out of Christmas light pics, so need to go out and get more. They’re out there, i just haven’t been walking. Yeah, I’ve been drinking lots of water, but it’s obvious I need to drink more. I also really need my walks!
