I'm back!!! .. not only the pregnancy test turn out to be negative ..but somehow for some reason when I thought I was I start eating healthy and cut on the alcohol and that made me shed a kilo.. I recheck the scale calibration and is true..goal weight here I come!!! :)

Congrats on not having to face a pregnancy you weren't ready for yet. Congrats also on eating healthy. That should be your goal! For yourself and for any future babies, who will need a healthy mother.

hey.. thanks for the support :) . It was all an early period that scared me. as you say as long as I feel healthy and somehow energetic it should all be fine.

you just made me feel like a teenager.. THANKS, I'm 35 though and I'm trying to control the natural way, if a baby arrives I would be happy, but yeah is not exactly on my plans. Hey, I read your blog, is nice you posting on these matters .. glad to have you around :)

hahaha ..come on You don't sound old either.. my parents are around 87 you can't be older than that! :D.. I just want to go back to my old weight before gets harder to lose those pounds..
