Love chili with crackers, tortilla or bread. Meat or no meat. the flavors are amazing  

No beans? I'd like it even less. I'd LOVE it if I could make is super calorie dense but I'm on a budget for now. Maybe in maintenance or a bulk. Full fat beef, cheese, cornbread etc. Then we're talking. At the moment I'd rather have the lean beef and some saltines so that I can have a donut later instead lol

I need to google instant pots. I think I want one but I am not sure how they differ from crock pots. I'm suddenly seeing them everywhere. Are they new? Anyhow- thanks for the support, peeps. I love chili with shredded cheese and sour cream and any kind of bread... and I like that you can keep it really low cal and healthy, too.

Instant pots cook things faster. I dislike them because you have to pressurize and depressurize. I’d rather cook in my oven or crockpot. Hubby likes my instant pot though.  

They're aren't..just more popular now I think. You can sauté the meat first and do everything in the one pot. Millions of recipes for everything you can think of. Rice cooker, hard boiled eggs, casseroles.. You name it.

TY- CCC. Peeper- I'm afraid of the pressure and depressurizing- I think I would blow my house up. 🤣I'm not much of a cook and when I am- I get very nervous. When I was 19- I had my own apt and was going to fry chicken or fry something anyhow- And so I poured oil in a skillet and covered it with a lid to get good and hot. Then I removed the lid and evidently that isn't a smart thing to do because it caused it to blow up. I poured flour on it to put out the flames- OMGosh- almost died from smoke inhalation. 😂🤷🏻‍♀️
