Haha, I used to eat cauliflower like mad when I was living in VN. When I got to the US, broccoli is my thing. This morning, my coworker asks me to try cauliflower pizza. I should dial what # again? Have a good Friday DP

so here's the thing the cauliflower advocates won't tell you. not sure if it's because they don't know. the cauliflower pizza from costco has a crust made of cauliflower AND CHEESE which is the only way I like to eat cauliflower - with lots of cheese, and that doesn't include the cheese on top. I haven't tried to make a waffle and probably never will. pumpkin, yes. cauliflower, nope. I have now bought the costco one twice. it's pretty tasty. I eat half, but I could easily down the whole thing. and swell up the next two days from all the sodium.

I make a grain & carb free waffle: 2 eggs and 2 oz cream cheese and whip it good! That's right, 2 ingredients and you can't taste the eggs. You need a good nonstick waffle iron.
