ahh the elusive sleep. see how it stays just out of reach. the natural camouflage makes it hard to detect in it's natural habitat. and when you spot it it doesn't stay.in one place long. krikey!! have a great Friday DP.

I doubled my steps over the last three days and fatigue hit me hard yesterday. Thought I was getting sick. Went to bed so early and refreshed now! amazing.

the real question is did u poop? when I worked in the nursing home they were obsessed with that. 3 days out and they'd all wheelchair up to the bar and start knocking back shots of milk of mag.

Sleep. Also a thing of the past. It became impossible to get 7.5+ hours after I began taking caffeine.

UGH! Poop?! Aren't you eating fruits, fiber, coffee? OMG!!! Your gym is still open? Ours are all closed down. The last time I worked at a gym was in 2010.
