Had my first but not last Christmas party yesterday. Delicious day. I baked and shared and partook. Did not have any limits. Made a cookie called smultering... which means lardring...and that it is LOL. Traditional Scandinavian Christmas eat.

It kind of is: Piece of dough cooked in lard. This one is made with baking soda and no yeast so a little bit different texture... more cake than bread perhaps
