Checking in to inform the workout gang that I am doing my workout. I did skip two workouts this weekend (which was a long weekend here) but I am back again and pushing it. Used my ankle weights yesterday and my band today.
My weight got up to 113 but dropped down again today (as I cut down carbs) Had plans for run today but it is thunder and lightening out there. May walk with Leslie (indoor YouTube) a bit later.
