Walked back the gain from last week by carb restricting. But today my daughter is moving back in and we are planning to celebrate the good news about her job with lots of restaurant take out and a tuxedo cake from Costco (it is my daugter's favourite) so tomorrow the scale will tell that story.
Yesterday I did my weight and booty challenge exercises with band and ankle weights. So good. Today is a run and help unpacking the cars when my daughter get here.

Your stats are amazing! Congrats again to your daughter on the new job. 💖 The special dinner is very well deserved, enjoy yourself! I’ve never tried Costco cakes, but going to look into them

So glad for your daughter, there are times when the focus should not be on calories. I know this is a late response, somehow I missed it earlier. 💛
