I love chaffles for my McMuffin-type breakfast sandwiches. I've been wanting to try out the snickerdoodle version. Maybe during Christmas. 

Do you have one of those mini waffle makers as well?  

TWO! hahahaha, I got the second one when hubby started eating them too.

In keto circles this was the craze last year. I am just one year behind (as usual LOL) 

Woah! Cheese or cream cheese? Where can I find the recipe?  

All over ugly... they are called Chaffles...The origial chaffle said 1/2 cup grated mozzarella and i egg, mix and bake. I used 50 gram mozzarella, one egg, two teaspoons coconut flour, and a tiny bit of xanthan gum. I mixed this up in my blender cup and divided it in two 1/4 cup measuring cups and baked in my mini waffle maker.  

There are a lot of variation but that is as far as I have come.

I just bought one but haven't had a chance to use it yet. They sound great.

these are probably the best ones I've seen. I've never really wanted tried them, but those look delicious 😀
