Thank you Jenny. It is not a weightloss kind of time and I am not stressing about it. But I enjoyed the little loss. I have not been comfort eating too much over the last few days so that is good.

Wow I love reading your journey. I am 5'2 as well and have battled the 25lbs loss/gain for 15 years. I tried keto and loved how I felt and you have inspired me to give it a true run. Next week I am going to shop and prepare my food. Your stats are amazing i would.love to get close to that!!Thank you.

So you just need to avoid the "Comfort Eating?" Me Too! I have actually been 'gaining less weight' :) But, unlike you, I still need to 'lose weight' 🤣😭
